F.L.A.G. provides always free self-defense workshops throughout central Virginia to women, youth, and LGBTQ folks. Over the last year we've seen a huge spike to an already growing rate of waitlisted individuals for our workshops (see more at the bottom of the page).
In order to respond to our community's demand for accessible and effective safety and self-defense education, we need help! Recruitment and training of four new instructors in the F.L.A.G. self-defense method will cost $20,000 over two years. With your contribution we can reach our goal of $5,000 to launch this new program and onboard more support staff and volunteers.
