Learn simple, effective self-defense skills in a non-discriminatory safe space where all individuals are welcome regardless of gender identity or expression, citizenship, race, sexual orientation, or age (children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult). Workshops are FREE but donations are appreciated. Our mission is to teach folx how to defend themselves and walk without fear.
